Bryan Fuller’s Hannibal is coming. Here is the newest trailer for the upcoming new series. It has been confirmed for a full season run of 13 episodes. Take a lok into the minds of those quite different then ourselves.
Here is a full trailer for the upcoming new series Hannibal which will debut on April 4th on NBC. I am really looking forward to this. I am not a big fan of the books or films but I am of Bryan Fuller. Fuller created Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies and is behind this reimagination of Hannibal Lecter in the television realm. Every show he makes has a distinct look that matches up with the vibe of the show perfectly. I like how this is looking. It feels big budget and I am very intrigued at how this 13 episode season will play out and where they will go after if it proves popular and continues on. Mads Mikkelsen is going to be scary good in this.
Community was supposed to premiere back in october. It didn’t. It did in February. Halloween is in October. This Thursday is Valentin’e Day. Community is showing their Halloween episode on Valentine’s Day. Happy Valloween.
Community is back this Thursday (finally) and here is the Epic trailer showing some of what you can expect to see this season. Dan Harmon is no longer on board and while it feels the same it feels very different as well. Catch Community on NBC this Thursday at 8PM PST.
Yvette Nicole Brown who plays Shirley on Community confirmed today via Twitter that Community will premiere on Thursday, February 7th at 8PM next year. Yeah it is a ways off and all but it’s good to have a date finally locked down even though October 19th had been locked down before. This is one of the best and more original shows on televison and has had more than it’s share of troubles. Here’s to hoping the added attention and awareness of the show due to all the date manipulation will help generate more interest.
Don’t forget to catch the Munsters remake Mockingbird Lane tonight on NBC at 8PM. This show created by Bryan Fuller was to be a series but only the pilot was made. It is being shown as a Halloween special tonight. If it does wellmaybe maybe maybe we will get to see more. Who knows. At least you can enjoy this treat from Fuller and friends.
Bryan Fuller has brought us Pushing Daisies and Wonderfalls. He was going to bring us The Munsters remake, Mockingbird Lane as well but it was not picked up by NBC. It does have a special airing tomorrow so maybe there is still possibility there. He is going to bring us Hannibal as it has already been picked up by NBC for 13 episodes. This show stars Mads Mikkelsen as Hannibal Lecter and Hugh Dancy as Will Graham.
It was announced last week that while Community was scheduled for an October 19th debut…ya know….today it would in fact be put on hiatus by NBC for an indefinite length of time. Community’s cast are featured in this short self aware video talking about that debut that isn’t happening and is pretty much pitch perfect in the self aware vein of the show. It’s fun and isn’t mean against the network. it keeps them in the news and let’s us know that while they may not be debuting today we have not seen the last of them. NBC said they were keeping Community off air as a back up for if anything currently airing falls in the ratings to a significant degree. So go forth my fellow Fizmarblers and don’t watch NBC shows that are of lesser quality. Ignore that which needs to make way for Community. It’s a show that deserves a place on our screens.
NBC has released this promo for Mockingbird Lane. It definitely looks like a Bryan Fuller show. It was not picked up as a series but the hour long pilot will be shown on October 26th. If it does well ratings wise it could potentially go into full production. Spread the word and tune in yourself. This Munster’s remake needs all the help it can get to rise from the grave.
It was announced last week that NBC would not be picking up Mockingbird Lane as a series even though a pilot was made and not aired. Minds have changed over at that studio as it will get a showing under the guise of a Halloween Special. Depending how it does ratings wise it could possibly still make it as a series. This show is the brainchild of Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls) and is looosely based on The Munsters. While the cast retain the character names their monstrous nature is more tucked away in this modern take on the occult family that lives amongst the humans. You can check out a number of stills below that show the bright yet dynamic high quality visuals Fuller is know for in his programs.
