Andy Serkis took a break from filming The Hobbit to help celebrate the 75th anniversary of the book written by J.R.R. Tolkien. Serkis read select excerpts from the book at the Fulham Palace Gardens as his character Gollum much to the delight of both children and adults.

New Trailer for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

A new trailer dropped for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey today. This film will hit theaters on December 14th of this year and that date is getting closer quickly. Peter Jackson did wonders with The Lord of the Rings and it is looking like the magic of those films may be re-created with this new Hobbit trilogy. I don’t want to spoil anything for you but I think Gandalf lives.
