Green Lantern #20

It’s the final battle against the First Lantern and the Guardians in this, the extra-sized finale of Geoff Johns’ historic run on the title!

It’s all been building to this. The First Lantern has been messing with the reality of all the Lanterns. He’s been toying with them and showing them all the possible versions of themselves. It’s time for the them to fight back. Geoff Johns is finishing up his long run with the Green. ‘X’ Returns to Dark Horse Comics

Comics

X2-1-FC

Reboots and remakes are all the rage nowadays. Years ago Dark Horse created a new super hero universe called Comics’ Greatest World. It featured characters like Barb Wire, Motorhead,¬†Ghost and X. It was a big undertaking and I enjoyed quite a bit of it. Ghost was recently brought back and is doing very well and when I saw that comic return I wondered how long it would be until others from that super hero universe followed. Writer Duane Swierczynski is bringing back the masked vigilante X. he will appear in a 3 part story featured in Dark Horse Presents before getting his own new series in May. X is a tough determined man with a mysterious past who uses his mind and his fists to do what he can to make his city a little less dark. I’m glad to see him headed back.
